One sushi chef, a guy named Tama Chan, uses the traditional Japanese food as a canvas for something far more incredible. We’re not talking about your everyday spicy tuna roll. Chan’s artwork is so cool, it’s become the talk of the culinary world. He’s even been teaching sushi art classes to let people enjoy the creativity themselves.
