Sushi Art: Get Ready To Get Hungry

2

If the Japanese are known for anything, it’s for their meticulous food preparation that results in some of the most aesthetic meals known to man. We’re all familiar with the delicate intricacies of sushi and how something about how beautiful it always is makes it oh so more delicious.

One sushi chef, a guy named Tama Chan, uses the traditional Japanese food as a canvas for something far more incredible. We’re not talking about your everyday spicy tuna roll. Chan’s artwork is so cool, it’s become the talk of the culinary world. He’s even been teaching sushi art classes to let people enjoy the creativity themselves. We’ve collected some of our favorite rolls from his repertoire. We invite you to check it out and even try to do it yourselves. Good luck!
